For executives and managers, the coaching process takes several steps as follow:

STEP 1: Identify your stakeholders and your roles: Identify who they are, how they relate to you, who can be part of your assessment and development process, what roles do you play in the organization.

STEP 2: Assessment and Feedback: psychometric tests are applied (Extended DISC method) and feedback collected from key stakeholders to evaluate job performance, job satisfaction, motivation, cultural sensitivity and identify development needs for the target job and to explore future career options.

STEP 3: Self-Discovery : personal values, needs, behavior, management style, strengths, weaknesses, learning style, stress conditions, leadership style, work preference, explore changes that needs to be done to get desired results

STEP 4: Changes, Actions, Results: Working from the client’s agenda we   identify support and resources needed to facilitate one change at a time.  Along the process we  help our clients moving into action and  held them accountable for the results .
