During my 20-year corporate career, I have passionately helped people become great cross-cultural communicators and innovators, sharing knowledge across borders, and built cross-function teams.
Currently, when I work with my clients, they learn to recognize effective behaviors and powerful communication styles, and to develop new habits that profoundly impact their performance and satisfaction at work and in their lives.
I have moved 10 times back and forth from and to USA, Japan and Europe. I've lived in Paris, London, Basel, New York, Tokyo, Atlanta.
I was born in the south of France grew up in Paris area. I got my Pharm. D. Degree at the University of Paris XI, met my husband there. I worked in the fields of pharmaceutics, chemicals, cosmetics and advertising at middle and senior management levels for Fortune 500 global companies.
For my second career I choose to coach Expats and International people helping them to thrive in multi-cultural environments. I help people developing new skills and the right attitudes they need to get the career and life they want.
